Want to remove the Brontok virus ?
It’s really nasty.
Disables regedit (registry editor).
Removes folder options (yup, it just disappears !)
Makes hidden files hidden (that’s important coz it’s hidden too)
It shuts down the computer when you’re downloading antivirus software !
How do you remove it ?

Internet Explorer really has zillions of problems.
So many viruses and exploits and loopholes and what not. Some pages don’t even display properly, whatever you do, on Internet Explorer.

Recently I came across a virus which changes the link of the Internet Explorer shortcut to iexp7orer or exp7orer. It changed the Quick launch shortcuts – the button which is so convenient to click. Dangerous place for a virus to be. Has anyone else seen this virus ?
